Our experience was absolutely horrible. The builder went way over budget and left major items off our budget when submitting it to the bank. His customer service is awful and he still hasn't fulfilled his obligations from the contract that he created. He would takes days and weeks to return our phone calls. There are sub contractors that still haven't been paid even though he received the money from the bank. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
