We couldn’t be happier with our experience and relationship with the Distinguised Design family. Everyone associated with the process, from the Realtor Kirby Bridwell, who helped us find the perfect location, to Distinguish’s owner David Hazel’s team, to their recommendations for mortgage processing with Caleb LeGrand’s team, everything went very smoothly. The home they built for us is well built and beautiful. We would highly recommend their company. We relocated from out of state during construction but David’s team made sure we never felt out of touch with the process. Distinguised Design is a family owned business that stands by the homes they build. An excellent product made by good people!

Very friendly from the beginning; worked on a perfect design; Used high quality materials; completed ahead of schedule; good choices for other services such as law firm and mortgage banker; consider them friends now and they are attentive to any needs now.

Working with Distinguished Design has been an absolute pleasure. I had contact with the owner and superintendent throughout the entire project. They were professional and courteous while providing outstanding service. The quality of their building our house is superb. It was done in a timely manner and I couldn't be more pleased with the final product. I was on the job site almost everyday with my very young children and we always felt welcome. They're a very family friendly business.

Could not be more pleased! They were professional, personal, and so easy to work with. The quality of our finished house is beautiful. We were part of the process the whole time and felt truly valued. I would highly recommend Distinguished Design- excellent people with an excellent product.

The worst builder I have ever seen. Their moto "when it doesn't fit use caulk" Shingles over hag by 2-1/2 " (They forgot the drip edge and had to ask the superintendent if is not used ) They ended up putting them on AFTER the shingles were on ) Siding is all marked up were they had to make cut lines. The concrete is a total mess. Every room with carpet has paint on. (yes I was compensated)
They came to clean with turpentine, I said are you kidding. The interior wood work is AWFUL. Exterior doors all have bang marks, looks like they were used.
I can go on and on. The morale of the story, check things out before you spend your hard earned money on this builder.

I have purchased two homes from Distinguished Design because of their quality and service. Both homes were well built and affordable. I would recommend this builder to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

Worst experience I ever had. No would not recommend. This contractor is located in Taylors, sc. Not travelers rest.The saint mark rd. Is correct. I have 15 neighbors, which is the 15 houses he built along bowers road in travelers rest, sc. The review post after the first one I posted was done by distinguished design. Nobody would ever buy 2 houses from these people.Call me if you have questions at 828-691-6400. You can come by my house and I will show it to you.
