I can't say enough great things about Distinguished Kitchens and Baths. From start to finish, our experience was first-class. My husband and I designed and built our own home and worked with numerous sub-contractors. Distinguished stands out as one of the best and nicest to work with. They supplied and installed all the cabinetry in the home-kitchen, laundry room, and four baths. Everyone associated with the company treated us with integrity, honesty, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.

Definitely DO NOT use this company. My kitchen still hadn’t arrived after over 3 months and when we called they constantly avoided our calls. Finally the owner, Dan, got on the phone and said they had an employee embezzling money from them and that they had no funds and therefore couldn’t pay Shiloh for my kitchen. My heart literally sank since they already had almost 20k of our money. I had to investigate the issue myself and I found out from Shiloh (the manufacturer) that my kitchen was ready weeks earlier but that Distinguished Kitchens wouldn’t or couldn’t pay so Shiloh couldn’t send me my kitchen. I ended up having to front the money and finance the kitchen myself (which is NOT my responsibility per the contract) and my kitchen was finally delivered. No thanks to Dan or his company.
Once it was installed we found defect after defect. Shiloh actually left fingerprints on the fronts of the cabinets because they handled them while they were still wet. Pieces came cracked in two, scratched and dented. Bill Johnson, the local rep for Shiloh, came out to assess the cabinets, realized that they were indeed in awful shape and told me to coordinate with Distinguished kitchens for repairs and replacement panels. It’s been weeks of me trying to get in touch with Dan or anyone from Distinguished Kitchens and no one calls back. They won’t even install the handles so I can have functioning drawers for the time being. I begged and told them that myself and my 3 kids can’t open or close any of the cabinets and we need to be able to access the inside of the cabinets, especially during the holidays. They want me to use masking tape as handles (which keeps getting stuck inside the drawers). Imagine... masking tape, on a 60k plus kitchen.... Their installers are rude and the owner is the worst. Heather in the office is pleasant but useless as she doesn’t return calls or help solve any of the problems. Please shop around. I cry over this kitchen all the time and we are considering ripping the whole thing out and starting over. The worst nightmare you can ever imagine.
