    Bathroom sink running water could not shut off

    Was very prompt and very professional. Checked out problem with bathroom sink. Explained everything and fixed problem and price was fair.

    Kitchen faucet
    $525

    On April 6, 2022 Ditomasis came out to fix a leak under my sink. It ended up we had to replace the whole Faucet. He was able to get a new faucet and replaced it the same day. The job was done professionally and cleaned before he left. I have no complaints and would hire him again it the situation rises. Thanks for doing a good job!

    unclog laundry tub

    We had to wait for American Water Resources to get going but then as soon as DiTomasso got the job they were prompt, efficient, fixed my back up laundry tub in no time at all and cleaned things up when done. I have nothing but praise for this company and the employees starting with the woman who spoke to me on the phone and Devin the plumber who did the work. I would definitely recommend this company and would use again if needed.

    We wholeheartedly heartedly recommend Di Tomasso plumbing. Luke, Chris and Jeff were friendly and professional. The work was outstanding. Joe, the owner has a heart of gold and was a dream to work with. They made everything so easy for us.

    Toilet fix
    $165

    Do Not use this Guy. He is a shammer. Recently he tricked us into paying 165$ for replacing a toilet flapper. No ethics doesnt discuss upfront. Charges for travel time. Be super careful with this company. I wont be using him ever again

    Ummi, I am sorry you feel this way and that the pricing was more than you wanted to pay, but your wife was given UPFRONT pricing, I went to 2 supply houses to get the proper material and made repairs on TWO toilets. You were not tricked...you were out of town. Your wife was given pricing BEFORE material was purchased and before repairs were made on TWO toilets, not one, with non stocked, non universal, flappers. She accepted the pricing. TWO toilets were repaired for $165 and I would assume they are still working wonderfully, as you don't have a complaint about the repair work, only the price. You also received a written request from me asking what price you thought was fair and you chose not to reply to it to even further a conversation about a potential discount. I have worked for you in the past and you were always happy, however this time you continue to berate and insult me and my business even though I have always been very fair with you and provided great service. Again, I'm sorry you feel this way and I wish you luck in the future finding a plumbing company more in line with your economical standards who will also provide you with great service.

    clogged bathroom drain

    Came as scheduled, actually arrived a little early which was perfect. Discussed what they wanted to do and were in and out quickly. Open drain in bathroom. Will use them again.
