I convinced my family to use them based on price and promises of their availability... they now are mad at me for using them and they have "buyers remorse." Diversified uses lazy workers that do not clean up. They rush through all aspects of work, and miss details. they bought wrong materials and not enough materials. Their workers did not show up on several occasions. I fact as I write this today their masons did not show up today as "promised" again! (7/01/2016). They broke, used, and stole our equipment because they forgot their own. They urinated in our backyard because Diverse never put I a port-a-john.
There is no communication from the general contractor when his workers no-show us at our house when we are asked to wait for them.
Ervin purchased the wrong color siding and tried to convince us that out older siding was darker because it was "burnt" but the newer one is the right color... needless to say we found a match for him to reinstall.
Our "10 week" job has taken over 15 weeks... to build a bedroom... A BEDROOM!
