Diversified Repair has been my contractor of choice for over 10 years. Manny and his staff are professional, prompt, courteous and fair. From building our deck to finishing the room over our garage, this team is top notch. They have always done an excellent job on all our projects and the best part: once the job was done we never had any problems or issues with the work. The budget for all our projects was always fair and reasonable. The employees show up on time, clean up when finished and provide excellent craftsmanship and excellent customer service. This contractor is a true professional! He is kind, courteous, and skilled and experienced in all aspects of contracting. Most of all, he is TRUSTWORTHY!!!! From the very moment I met Manny Lassiter I knew we were in good hands. He did a major renovation on our new home...laminate flooring up and down, new AC, new hotwater heater, garage turned into master bedroom and office. Windows and doors installed. Kitchen backsplash, interior and exterior painting, powerwashing and landscaping, enlarged a 1/2 bath into a full. Installed a Pioneer AC/Heat unit in renovated garage. Ceiling lighting and fans...right on down to a doggie door and a doorbell. There's so much more they did but over all...what a great crew working for Manny. Never a misunderstanding, and they delivered everything they promised. He was upfront on where I could save money and kept me on track. The only thing I can complain about is we don't get to see them everyday.

This is my first year of using the services of Diversified Repair Services, LLC but it will definitely not be the last. As a result of his expertise and our dealings with Manny and his crew, he will most definitely be our GO TO person for all of our future large or small contracting needs.

Manny replaced the roof of our addition and the garage. We had a leak on the corner of our addition which they fixed. The work was done quickly and the crew was very professional. Five stars is not enough when rating Manny! He has done work for us for years and we have never had a complaint. I recommend him to all of my clients and co-workers. Whenever I have issue come up on my listings or sales, Manny is always there to talk with me and my clients. Great contractor! Works was performed early and and best of all, under budget. Work completed included plumbing, window framing, roof beam repair. All of the work went extremely well.
