About 4 years after DRS installed a new metal roof on our summer home, we had a call from the meter reader telling us that snow, sliding off the roof, took a couple of vents off the roof. We called Scott and he said that he would get over and check it out the next day. And, he would report back to us. Over the next 6 weeks or so, we called MANY times with no results. Finally, his wife called us back and said that she would see to getting him to check it out. Web returned from Alabama to find that he never did anything. The water heater and kitchen vents laid on the ground and we had water damage. When he installed the roof, he never installed reinforced vents for our heavy snow (DUH). And, after multiple promises, he never went to the house to even check it out.
