Divine Decks

Working with and doing my own research, He does amazing Quality work. There were 3 days he couldn't be on the job but informed us prior.
He and his 2 workers completed everything and on time. I did read these messages and upon my own research they are fraudulent because they are the same person complaining using different accounts.
Really is unfair and illegal but that's my opinion!

Basically, my story is identical to others. Jason S gave us a good price, took big portion of money upfront and then disappeared. Lots of excuses and no show-ups for weeks, then months, and then the ball was completely dropped. A professional thief! No family deserves that frustration.

Stay away! We hired Divine Decks - Jason Samaritano. He didn't show up for weeks and months, claiming different excuses every day. Took lots of money from us and desappeared.
Frustrating experience, which no other family should go thorough.

Jason Samaritano owner of Devine Decks is very unreliable and does not show up when he says he will. He takes money for services that he does not perform and materials that he never delivers. He also works without obtaining valid permits which really puts a homeowner in a bind.

We hired Jason Samaritano from Divine Decks on 8/7/17 to finish a basement.
The agreed price was $7000 at the signing of the contract we gave him $3200. It took almost 3 weeks for him to finally show up after getting all kinds of excuses he worked a total of eight hours framing three walls because one wall had already been framed . The total that was spent in material was approximately $500 just to buy fours again after numerous times of trying to contact him with no response he showed up three weeks later to do the electric. I was very weary of additional payments but paid him $1200 for the completion of the electric as per the contract stated. He then disappeared for three weeks with no response when I threatened legal action he became angry and said he would sue me for breaking the contract which made no sense I had a new contractor which was a friend of mine come to finish the basement and told me he had just left someone’s house where the exact same thing happened when I called the person they turned out to be Jason took $6000 of her money and never came back. Also I would try googling his name you’ll be very surprised at what you find very fitting. My advice would be steer clear from this contractor I’m just trying to help someone else not get taken for their money

Divine Decks has been a huge help to us. The project manager fixed our decks, remodeled our kitchen, laid hardwood floors throughout our home and painted every room. He finished before our expectation and the work was flawless.

Jason, owner of Divine Decks was the most knowledgeable contractor that came to our home.
After meeting 4 different contractors we chose him , not just from what he said but he gave us 5 references, showed us pictures of his work ,and allowed us to meet him on site to inspect his workmanship.
About February 26th he finished our home ,decks included in under 2 weeks, Ask him for the same treatment and he will be happy to work with you, thanks Jason!

This contractor went above and beyond. He explained everything to me and walked me through his thorough contract. He and his crew are hard working and Jason always answers our calls which we appreciate very much. He is eager to explain the process and gets the cheapest prices with quality products. I would recommend him without any hesitation and I give him 5 stars for being so honest, upfront and available to us. THANK YOU!
