RUN! If I could give this company a negative stars review, I would! Chris Pascale runs various cons - and changes his company names to scam people out of money without doing any work. I used "Divine Design Floor Covering" which he conveniently "shut down" after trying to con me out of $8k. His company used to be called Bonita Springs Floor Covering. Chris Pascale is the owner - he is a con man, a scam artist and a verified criminal. Look him up - under Bonita Springs Floor Covering and Divine Design. The businesses, as well as the owner, have a long history of scamming unwitting consumers out of thousands of dollars, not delivering on their "contracts" and promises, or delivering poor quality unfinished unfinished work, leaving behind a destroyed house and then trying to bleed their customers for more cash to "complete" the job. I hired this contractor to complete floor installation, quartz counters and cabinet painting in my kitchen. Not only did he lie about his abilities, his facilities, his staff and his previous work reviews, but he didn't give me his real name. Only when I transferred the initial $4,000 deposit to him, did I learn his real name. Chris Pascale is the lowliest of scam artists. WINK news has many stories on him. He's been arrested for his business practicees. In our case, he only started working after we sent him a certified legal demand letter, and even then, he lied. He told us we needed 400 square feet of wood which he would get for us for $2000. We later found that he overcharged us and overestimated - we only needed less than 300 square feet. He would not deliver the wood - it was always mysteriously "in transit" or it was too heavy (1700 pounds, he claimed!) or our home was "too humid" for it to be delivered. Only after threats of legal action, did he go to Naples and actually bring the wood to our home. He sold us an expensive moisture barrier for the floor which he claimed we needed to complete the job, then purchased a cheaper barrier at 1/2 the cost. He finally painted the majority of cabinets, but he withheld 3 of our cabinet doors and essentially held them hostage , not returning them after numerous requests, saying they "weren't ready." When we finally threatened him, he returned the cabinets, but the paint job on these cabinets was ATROCIOUS. It could have been done by my 5 year old - the doors hadn't been sanded and you could see the espresso color through the white paint. You could see the brush strokes, there were fingerprints and plastic stuck to the door, as well as paint marks. They were still tacky; it seemed like he took them home and painted them the night before, knowing we were about to call the sheriff to report a theft. In the end, I had to have them redone.
In all, this was an extremely stressful and painful experience. We got some work out of this man, and we got our wood (even though he tried to steal back 4 boxes one day, but we caught him) but it was only after many threats and many letters. We exchanged over 500 texts and calls trying to get answers and work. The one thing Mr. Pascale is good at is making excuses and asking for money. He'll promise you the moon, low ball you for a job, and then feed you excuses and keep bleeding you for more money, without doing any work. BEWARE. RUN.

DO NOT HIRE! If I could give negative stars I would. In my opinion and experience, this company and its owner is incompetent, negligent and the only result of doing business with any company associated to Chris Pascale is loss of money to you and greater expense in repairs. What was supposed to be a 3 week project from start to finish ended up being 9 months of stress and lies from Pascale. You can find reviews from his previous companies: Bonita Springs Floor Coverings, Divine Design & Floor Covering and now Naples Bay Design and Flooring. In my opinion and experience, any positive review is fake and Chris will give you a story about any negative review found if questioned because it is NEVER his fault. He will take your money and does not have the means or ability to complete projects, nor the ability to purchase materials due to his past dealings with suppliers. Most accurate description found about Pascale: How do you know Chris is lying? Any time he opens his mouth. We were left with flooring that had its lifetime warranty voided due to Pascale’s “installer error/installation negligence”. Chris will give you every excuse in the book for delays including sob stories about his divorce, car accidents, and even his dog needed surgery. Pascale will even give you a false name upon meeting so you can’t find the arrests, lawsuits, etc. against him. Pascale takes advantage of people; horrible “contractor” and even worse, horrible human being.
