In my opinion,
Food for thought, I bought a new home the workmanship is shoddy and is in disrepair. Dix construction has not made any effort to fix these major issues including incorrectly installed drywall, faulty electric, floor buckling, Harty board coming away from exterior the list goes on and on. Florida law says I have a year for repairs, Mr. Dix won't return phone calls or supply a copy of the warranty. I wish I could give him zero stars. Beware
