    Roof, gutters, downspouts, and install a patio door
    $4,000

    I went under contract with a home in January. The agreement with the seller was that the roof and gutters would be replaced at their expense/covered by insurance. This was supposed to be completed before we moved in at the beginning of February. It has now been two months and my roof is just now completed, however I still do not have gutters or downspouts. Duane keeps delaying when they will be back to finish the project. Left my house trashed after they left but continue to claim they will be back to clean it all up, or place blame on someone else. Installed a patio door for us that won't open without force or close at all. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Replace roof and gutters
    $14,500

    Had new roof and gutters put on that he did convince insurance to cover. While we were doing this had vinyl soffit and wrapped facia done at our expense. That did not do half the work insurance paid for but then wanted the full insurance amount to a point that he just added 440 dollars to the bill to equal insurace amount. Lied to my face abut work not done and wanted another 2200 for bill. When I said we needed to go over bill again I haven't heard from him again. On top of that now my gutters are crooked, leaking, dented, and have different colored screws. My soffit is sagging and pulling the facia down also

    Dixon Builders scammed an family out of $32,000. They did absolutely terrible work. They failed to comply with Illinois Law regarding out of state contractors. Then tell these people that they owe more more money! They have expressed that police reports will be filed. Please please be very very cautious of this company. They said that they would complete said work on 2 different dates and did not call or show up. When backed into a corner when they are at fault it is said that they lash out.

    They did a total remodel on our home . We had not even lived there 6 months and 4 tiles fell off in the shower, ceilings are peeling, stairs have to much hang over and are breaking off...very dangerous!! Siding is falling off out side, fridge ice maker was hooked up wrong and it leaked in my daughters room. This is a 3 bathroom home and only 1 bathroom is fully functional. It makes me so sad to think how this was going to be my dream home and now it is just falling apart all around me. Duane Dixon is a awful person. He will not even try to fix this mess
