  Dixon cabinets was a sub through a handyman. When they came to measure for some cabinets, I showed them some in my house that I wanted them to match. They're all white inside and not as deep as a kitchen cabinet. I believe he called them vanity cabinets. From the outside, the cabinets that were installed look similar. When they're open, they look nothing alike. On the inside, they look like 70's wood and the shelf that they have is not a full shelf, maybe 1/2-2/3 the depth of the cabinet. Also, they are only able to be adjusted about 6 inches up and down. I needed to be able to adjust them more in order to fit what needed to be fit into them, and ended up losing an entire shelf in multiple cabinets. They looked like they were taking up more space than I visualized in the room. I measured them and instead of vanity cabinets being installed, regular kitchen cabinets were installed.

  My handyman refused to pay for the cabinets, even though he had been paid. I received a text from Dixon Cabinets accusing me of being unethical (based on a text from the handyman?) and threatening me with a lien. No, hey, we have a problem. Let’s see how we can solve it. Just, you’re unethical and I’l I’m putting a lien on your house. So now I’ve paid for the cabinets twice.

  Not only do I not have the cabinets I asked for, I’ve had accusation on being unethical flung at me.

  Kitchen remodeling

  Measured incorrectly, the kitchen sink cabinet is and will always be the wrong size and not centered to the window. Two other cabinets were the wrong size, garbage pull out was not ordered. Cut a large cupboard from 24" to 12" taking away all the holes for shelving. Built the cupboards in the house and no attention to detail putting them together. Took over a month to correct or halfway correct issues and multiple phone calls. Treated young adults as they are not worthy of respecting.

  Cabinets

  Jordan and Bill were great to work with, very responsive to phone calls and offered a great turn around time from ordering to install. Cabinets looks great and are a quality product. Highly recommend!!
