Bob was excellent. He was engaged to install new shower as well as toilet. At outset of the engagement Bob outlined his estimated cost, material, labor, and time frame and explained the process. If there were any deviation to plan Bob kept us abreast of changes as well as explanations and our authorization. From start of day to end Bob always maintained a floor and room coverings and vacuum work at end of day. Bob never took short cuts. Always explained and asked for feed back as job progressed. The job was completed in timely manner and looked fantastic. The adjectives i use to describe Bob are as follows: Knowledgeable Timely Professional Concerned Genuine Quality Workmanship Excellence Attention to detail

Bob Dixon has been at my house several times. He is honest, pleasant and extremely good at the many things he can do.
He recently redid my bathroom and the result is both beautiful and practical. Of most importance he found and repaired a serious leak, which could have done serious damage to both second and first floors.
There is no one better, or even close.
