Carp Diem. Started off pretty well, but tries to raise his cost midstream. Was very polite in the first couple weeks, but then started complaining and was raising his voice and ranting totally scaring my wife. She did not want to be left alone. Lots of the workers leave cigarette butts everywhere and when the boss is not there the pace of work is really slow. Might be a good contractor to use on lower cost projects or lower priced homes. I would not promote them to anyone and suggest people look elsewhere where the bids might be higher, but that is better than giving a bid, then trying to raise it by 20% when the work is half done.
