Bought a new build house is maybe a little more then a year old the concrete flooring cracked all over and water is coming into the house from below. Poor craftsmanship retaining wall had no fabric backing and was done with sand instead of river rock so heavy rains wash sand thru the block that clog the drain and also cause massive amounts of water to shoot from the wall
