They were quick to do the prep work but sloppy. They will leave trash in your yard/work area. Then project stalked for weeks! Life events happen to all of us but it is your responsibility to let the person whose home your working on that the project will be delayed for whatever life event is happening. We had reach out to them multiple times and it was only after a threatening to get a refund for incomplete work that the project was completed. They did an okay job but again very sloppy in terms of dirtying the Windows, screens and leaving mounds of dirt instead of spreading it around! They are economical however; the flip side of that is you get what you pay for. Between the delayed timelines with no explanation to sloppy prep work and overall zero clean up of the trash when they are done... you decide. I for one will not use their services again.

Work is rushed and they do not take their time. Finished product....can't judge that yet as the job is still ongoing after more than 2 months on a estimated 2 week job.

That being said, they poured a lot of concrete for me. The prep was horrible and the finished product shows. Most of the "prep" was done after a cement truck showed up. Water is pooling at the house foundation, cracking in 3 spots after only 3 weeks, slopped so bad I have to shim up the legs of our patio table so things wont slide off, and stamp job looks awful.

This is after I had them rip our a 12' by 20' section because they did not do it correctly.

DO NOT HIRE! I will never use Buildzoom after this either.

Very happy with the exposed aggregate concrete work they did. Our neighbors were having some work done and when we approached John with our little project he and his crew were able to work our project in a the same time. The project was adding onto an existing driveway. Turned out to be a good match. The crew was polite and left the project clean. Happy with the results.

They did great work, as with any contractor put in writing what you expect to prevent any misunderstanding. I would have them over here again and recommend them to anyone wanting first class concrete work. They widened my driveway and did a superb job on the concrete. RAB, Puyallup.
