I recently used this contractor for a problem I was having with my floor. The wood that was holding up my floor was rotted. This contractor came in looked at the damage told me what I was going to need and he returned the following day with all the materials. He was under my home for a couple of hours and the problem was totally fixed. When he left the bill was slightly lower than what I was expecting. The repair was completed and there was no mess left behind, He did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was friendly and professional. I have finally found someone who is willing to actually do some work. I will definitely use this contractor again when I need work done.

Contractor came into my home, provide us a quote, authorize the work, paid him a deposit, did some of the work, ask for balance, its been 3 weeks since I last saw him and he is not answering phone/text etc. Would not recommend this contractor further as my home is torn apart, he was paid in full without completing the project and took an additional deposit for painting that was supposed to be done within 5 days after receipt of payment. To date, no further work as been done and checks have been cashed. Beware!
