Very professional staff in all aspects of our experience! The office was very kind and helpful. Becky set up our financial and scheduling of the job. Due to Covid, Supply was delayed but arrived sooner than anticipated and we were rescheduled earlier!
Vince came out for the estimate and explained in detail how the system would work for us and the options we had. He even had successful tips on how to better utilize our dehumidifiers in the basement!!! He also responded to emails/phone calls when guestions arose.
Nick and Dan were our techs who were prompt in arriving at the time we were expecting. These guys did a phenomenal job!!!! We had some tough brick on our house that gave them a bit of a challenge. They powered through it with determination and won!!!
We are so happy with choices suggested and have been able to use both cooling and heating with the Mitsubishi units we purchased!
We intend to use DK & SONS Heating and Cooling for future needs. HIGHLY RECCOMEND this company, without a doubt!!!

From the first person you talk with,to the person giving you an estimate and answering all your questions to the men installing. I had dealings with Danielle, John and Brandon and Bryan,and I can't say enough good things about all of them .
