I would not recommend this company. He was hired to fix the inside of my house from water damage. He had to hire 3 different groups of workers to get just the drywall done. My wife and I were not allowed to ask questions about any of the work. He was always calling us names and saying stuff to other people. It was stuff that should of been brought to us and no one else. After multiple name calling and no hurry to get the work done in a timely manner we fired him. He feels that we still owe him money and has put a lien on the house.

DLC Construction built a large porch w/roof on the front side of our house and stairs at our back door. They did a beautiful job and their work was superior. They met all our expectations and we highly recommend them to anyone.

He attached a carport looking structure to the back of my house where I asked to have a metal insulated patio cover done. This is not what we asked for and not what we want, It's been over 1 and 1/2 months and I asked when it was going to be finished and he said he's done. He's the worst human I've ever dealt with. What he has done to the back of my house is damage.
Response from DLC Construction LLC December 11, 2015The work was done according to the specifications outlined in the contract signed by the customer. Toward the completion of the job, the customer refused to take my calls, or let my employees on the property to finish up the odds and ends. She went on Facebook and tried to defame my company, then she filed a complaint to the state contractor's board. The state inspector came out and reviewed her complaint, ultimately the contractor's board sided with our company stating we had not done anything wrong.

I have used DLC construction on 9 projects over the last 10 years. Workmanship has been very satisfactory. I have had several buildings re-roofed including metal, asphalt shingle and membrane. A bathroom shower installed. A 3300 square ft shop and storage building built. A covered porch added and a concrete cellar built. My only negative I can come up with is that he sometimes can commit to a number of projects at the same time and get behind his time. Those with complaints should re-evaluate their part in any of their issues. I have 2 new building projects coming up and would not consider any other company.
