  Spoke to a very nice lady named Catherine who represented Perez Enterprises the installers for Home Depot. Let her know that I needed an estimate to install a new gas water heater because I was closing on my new home and the seller was going to pay for it. The rep comes to my house, checks out my old heater and says the office will get the estimate to me. They send the quote to me and my real estate agent. Thought everything was okay, should have read it closer, missed the word "plus". After I close on the home I contacted Catherine to set up the install. Talked about what day to come out and what water heater did I want. I thought, "Oh, I get to pick which one, cool!" Then she informs me that the quote for $1467 was just for parts and labor! $1467 just for parts and labor? A quote for a replacement gas water heater that does not include the water heater? I was born during the day but not that day! Thought they had me over a barrel. I called my escrow attorney who had made out the check and had them cancel payment. Got another company, top of the line heater for $1200 all in! If you decide to use Home Depot which I love! DON"T USE PEREZ ENTERPRISES FOR THE INSTALL.

  I’ve never dealt with anyone so disrespectful anywhere, let alone in my own home. The tech who came out was ANGRY with me because I wouldn’t immediately go find a saw and cut out a section of my hardwood floor. He kept pressuring me to do it and kept changing what he was saying about whether he was allowed to do it and how he would have to charge me, but that he actually couldn’t because he wasn’t allowed, but that he wouldn’t have to charge that much, etc. When my husband came in, he told him a whole different store and he changed his “years of experience THREE times. “I think I know what needs to be done, I’ve been doing this almost 20 years.” “I don’t know why you won’t just do this. I’m so good at what I do, I’ve been doing it 25 years.” Etc. He also kept talking about how dumb everyone in the office was and how it was pointless to even have them there to answer phones because they don’t tell customers to clean out everything from under the kitchen sink. When they rescheduled their head installer for the next day, my husband had to take a day off only to sit around all day for no one to show up. When we called to see what happened, they told us the installation was cancelled 2 weeks ago…. Yet they came the day before? This company should be shut down. So dishonest, unprofessional, and hostile.

  Home Depot contracted this company for plumbing in condo we're planning to sell. Arrived on time. Introduced everyone that was working. Discussed what we wanted done. Listened to our explanations and were very accommodating with what they did. Quickly finished the job. We're dealing with different companies thru Home Depot and this was the best experiences so far.

  gas dryer installation

  HORRIBLE experience!!!! Got a a gas dryer at Lowe’s, got them as installers, tried to get more money from us the last minute, lied that they sent us a quote for that which they couldn’t even find, lied that they told me about this fee every single time they called me. After saying that I’m confused where is it coming from, their reply was “it’s simple you just need to pay the fee!”. Super disrespectful, nasty, dishonest, unprofessional! STAY AWAY from this company! It would be the worst experience you ever had and a complete waste of your time!

  Water heater

  I watched them install a water heater for my mother in law,impressed with their work I ordered one for my house being almost 20 years old,great job on time, neat,and friendly,highly recommened.Jim white.

  Install new water heater

  I ordered a water heater through Home Depot in July of 2020. Perez Enterprizes Inc was part of the Home Depot contract program. Two men came to my home to install my appliance. They were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I recommend this contractor. Amy
