From the moment I contacted DLG Roofing they were very professional and punctual. Mariano came to give me an estimate on a complete roof replacement. He listened very well and was respectful of what I wanted done. I had a 22 year old cedar shake roof and wanted everything removed all the way down to the skip ties, new plywood sheathing installed along with new composite architectural shingles. Other contractors always wanted to do something else or sell me something I wasn't even interested in. Mariano gave me a very reasonable estimate for exactly what I wanted done. He sent me the estimate, I marked it up for clarification items, he incorporated those and I accepted the estimate. He even included an estimated start and finish date. Most contractors will balk at giving any kind of start or finish dates. After making a deposit with them, Mariano and his crew started the job on his estimated start date and finished 4 days later. Mariano and his crew started everyday at or before 8 AM, took 1 hour for lunch and finished everyday at 5 PM. At the end of each day, they cleaned everything up, left any materials neatly stacked and out of the way.
I would highly recommend DLG Roofing for your next roof replacement !!
