Not recommended. They attempted to do hurricane repairs after Hurricane Michael. Over 2 years later, the electrical work they did trips a breaker, the roof leaks, Sheetrock has to be replaced, did not complete insulation in ceiling, did not insulate exterior wall, sheet rocked over the skylights in both bathrooms, installed a wall air conditioner tilted towards inside, and failed 3 times to properly hook up a dryer vent. Took the money and did not come back to make repairs. I would not recommend them.

Avoid DLM Contractors and Kevin at All Costs
Hiring Kevin from DLM Contractors was a disastrous mistake that left us in financial and emotional turmoil. We hired him in November 2022 for a major renovation and addition to our new home in Panama City, but his incompetence and dishonesty turned the project into a nightmare.
Kevin demanded a 40% deposit upfront, then took over 10 months just to secure building permits. Once the permits were finally in hand, he dragged out a project that should have taken less than six months for another 11 months. He frequently disappeared for days or weeks at a time, ignored our calls and texts, and rarely provided updates. When he did show up, his work was sloppy and so poorly done that we had to make him redo it multiple times.
After wasting nearly two years of our time and money, Kevin quit the job when it was 95% complete, refusing to finish or handle the final inspections. We had to hire other contractors to fix his mess, pass inspections, and finally move into our home. His unprofessionalism and delays left us with massive debt and months of unnecessary stress.
We’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but let this be a warning: do not hire Kevin or DLM Contractors for any work. He is unreliable, unprofessional, and will leave you with more problems than you started with. Save yourself the stress and money—stay far away.
