I hired DLS Heating to install a new furnace. Don and Kymberly Sneed, owners of DLS Heating, did a superb job for me. I would recommend DLS to anyone that needs heating and air conditioning. I live in a condo and have strict HOA Association rules to follow. Don and Kymberly followed all the rules, submitted all required proof of City and State Licenses, insurance coverage, etc, filled out paperwork, completed the work in compliance with ACC committee. Kymberly went over and above, keeping me informed and on schedule, to make the job go smoothly and make my life easier. She got the City permit and made appointments with the City of H.B. Inspector, also made appointment with DuctTesters for State of CA Certificate of Compliance. All work was done in a timely way, neat, clean and passed all City and State inspections and requirements. Installing my new furnace was a one day job, but the endless, requirements, paperwork, permits, inspections by the Association, City of H.B. and State of Calif. seemed to go on forever. Don and his son Donald are two of the nicest men you would ever want to work in your home. Kymberly runs the office, coordinates all the appointments and completes all the paperwork. DLS is family run, and it has been a pleasure to have them do work for me in my home. I highly recommend DLS for quality work and service. Pat
