Where do I start. He poured me a sample of concrete for my stamped patio, and the sample looked good. The patio size is 40’ x 20’ and I would say about 20% of the patio actually took their stamp. It has brush strokes all over and In three different spots are half shoe prints. They got concrete coloring and concrete all over my siding. Even after it was poured Dustin looked at me and said “ yeah I would say it honestly could have gone better”. Are you serious??!! I just paid you a lot of money and that’s what you say!!! Then after about a week later I walked outside on my concrete steps and on the edge it chipped off. I then reached out to Dustin and now after a month has gone by he keeps blowing me off. He doesn’t stand behind his work!!! He won’t take care of you and on top of that he will call you names and try and make you feel bad for getting him to fix anything!!! I will NEVER refer him or any company he works for!

We hired DMA to rip out a concrete driveway as well as a garage floor. To keep costs down, we only had them replace the garage floor with a concrete apron of 20 feet. The job was completed on October 1, 2021. By December 1 we noticed two cracks in the concrete. A text was sent to Dustin on December 7, with pictures of the cracks. We never heard back and sent a follow-up text on December 22. Dustin responded, "Appreciate what you have. Just being honest." ???????? So we now have the beginnings of a cracked driveway (brand new), and this company has not responded other than to tell us to "appreciate what we have." Judging from the other review it seems they have a problem with inferior concrete mix. The crew was fine (we even bought them lunch one of the days) and recommended them to a neighbor. We will make sure our experience is known. A company that does not stand behind its work says an awful lot and customers should beware.
