Despite having used David numerous times I have never visited his website. After my latest experience with David, I thought I would look to see if he had a website and if so….I would write a review in the hope that others might look and see how good he really is.
I had an emergency the other day so I figured out I would reach out to David. He arrived at my home quickly and managed to figure out what was a very complicated plumbing issue involving my hot water heater. David has done numerous other projects at either my home and my office and he has never disappointed. He is very good at his job and is an especially expert plumber who really knows his craft. His prices are also extremely reasonable. I am not surprised to see all these other 5 star ratings. Thank you David. You will be the first one I call when I am in need of a project or especially when I have an emergency plumbing issue and I need someone to save the day.

If you need a plumber he can do it if you have plenty of time and are not in a rush. If you use his heating and air conditioning guy named Samual he will promise he’ll be there all the time and not show up any of the time. Dave was good to work with but at all cost avoid using Samual, he told me to be at the house at 8:30 this morning and instead he can’t show up until 9 PM tonight and then may be finish the job.

I enjoyed working with Dave on my new home, and it was such a joy. Extremely accommodating, prompt, and knowledgeable. Dave was fair with his pricing and gave me specific instructions on the items I needed to make the project as painless as possible. He painted my laundry and powder room, installed a new toilet and handicap bar, light fixtures and mounted by tv, and cleaned up behind himself so well that I am still impressed. This First-time homeowner will always use Dave, DMB Property Solutions, for my home projects.

I have used David and his guys for many projects but the most recent was a composite deck. I could not ask for a more professional, precise or courteous contractor to do the work. My deck is ready for the 2021 summer season and my six large dogs also have a safe place to be outside for a few without worrying they can open gates. Do not hesitate to call David, he is fantastic to work with as are all of his men!!
