The Foreman "contractor" Rico Gramazio had a remodel contract with my elderly mother in the town of West Yarmouth. He took one third of the money up front, second third was "supposed to be" used for supplies, and the final third to be paid after completion and inspections. Problem was this, he disappeared for six months before being seen showing off the new Harley Davidson motorcycle he bought with the first third monies and supply funds. ($20,000 each)
Long story short, after finding his home location and personally "visiting" him, the job did get done by the contract deadline.
I would NOT recommend DMG Building to ANYONE. EVER. For ANY reason.
I wouldn't even let this clown build a damn doghouse. He would've taken $60,000 of my then 76 year old mother's money without a second thought about his actions and the hardships that would've caused. Luckily I found his residence and "persuaded" him to honor the contract.
Karma then happened and 'someone' stole his Harley. ?
