I wish I could say I had much of an experience with DML Building aside from him coming to my house and discussing my project. I have been waiting ever since to hear from him even after I texted him wondering where his estimate was after 2 weeks. It has now been well over a month with no word from them. Apparently I am not a big enough job from him to bother with, but at least say so and not waste my time for the last month. This sight is no better than scanning the paper for contractors, which I am doing now.
Response from DML BUILDING November 29, 2015DML building come out to meet the homeowner to give a estimate to add a stairway addition to back of this very small house as it was and after careful review of this project we found that it couldn't be done according to state and local building codes at which time we did respond to the email we hand on file stating that this project could not be done to code . and that it wound not be a good fit for us and was the end of it. and we do many projects from small to large , but we don't do any projects that don't meet building code and all safety regulations Best Dennis DML BUILDING

We had a great experience working with them on a custom built paver deck , a new type of metal framing deck with boston city hall bricks on top , there professional work ethic, and knowledge made our project a pleasure to do with them besides just being this first type of metal and paver tape deck built in Sudbury, Massachusetts
