I too would rate this company a zero. I have sent multiple emails and posted almost 20 phone calls. I received response from "DMS" roofings Ginny Lee aprox. 3 weeks ago and she promised that someone would be by my home to do warranty repairs but no one showed. I then called Craig Dyer and he promised a "sister company" would call and come by. Since that time they have both avoided all calls and emails. They both now work for Aspen Contracting out of MO. I have attempted to contact them through this new company and the managers there say they want to stay out of it as it was not an issue with their company. Funny that multiple people from DMS now work for Aspen Contracting. I would watch out for that company as well. BTW. The DMS phone number is still operational as well as the email address.

I rate this contractor a zero and a thief. Craig Dyer is the owner. They did not honor the warranty and performed very poor workmanship. I ending up winning a judgement in excess of $40,000 dollars and they filed for bankruptcy. BEWARE
