GFCI and switch

$450

He changed a circuit breaker and switched two wired and spent less than half an hour on the job and asked for $450. On the same day and on the next day the same problem occurred in the kitchen. That indicates wrong new connection. He is asking again for alot money for coming and inspection . I don't recommend
