I called Dave to provide service regarding a malfunctioning insinkerator; he said he couldn't come due to an illness or accident, but that he would send another man, as his agent, to my home to help. I agreed because I trusted Dave. Dave and his wife have come to my home several times to help with plumbing issues and have done a good job. When said "agent" arrived, he was in an "altered state,"but seemed manageable, so I allowed him to continue his work. He had brought what I thought was a new insinkerator, but I later discovered, due to a drainage problem, that he charged me $250 (for the "new" insinkerator and labor) for an old insinkerator full of rust, and took mine which was still functioning and only three years old. I called Dave to discuss this troubling situation; his wife answered. She confronted and harassed ME over three phone calls instead of saying, "I'm sorry, we'll be glad to replace the insinkerator for you," she denied that the agent had been sent! In the future I'll be hiring someone else, and I suggest that you do, too.
