We moved to Brookline recently and had a great experience with DND. We love the home they built and the neighborhood but what sets them apart is their attention to detail and responsiveness to people who buy their homes. In particular we had a small issue with our master shower i our property. When I alerted DND, Mahir their CEO went above and beyond to ensure the repair happened immediately, overseeing all the work himself and texting us photo updates of progress along the way. For any family purchasing a new home I highly recommend DND homes.

First, let me say that we love the design and aesthetic of the home they built. It's stunning. Unfortunately for us, we have had a lot of post-sale challenges with the heating not working, the air conditioning not working, the hot water boiler not properly installed, plumbing issues, basement flooding due to poor craftsmanship, wood paneling not properly treated, and more. Some of this is to be expected with any new build, but dealing with DND has been a nightmare.
