Our project was intricate and the timeline was short. This was a re-do they came in behind from another company who botched the job badly. No other company would touch it or said it couldn't be fixed. Debbie reassured me that her company was the only choice for this project. Her and her husband Dan were a breath of fresh air to deal with. They answered the phones after hours and were consistent throughout. It makes a difference to hire a company that is background checked and drug free. They finished on time and helped us with paperwork necessary for litigation against the first company and we were able to get a full refund. There is no other choice for hot tub or pool work in Colorado.

This was an easy decision. After speaking with Debbie and hearing her experience, then looking at the photos of their past projects - a no brainer. We had horrible experiences with Pool and spa medics and Crystal clear pools. They left us hanging and refused to complete shoddy work they had started. They stopped returning our calls altogether. Dan and Debbie came out and assured us they could undo what the others had botched. They went over and above to help us. When the job was completed we all shared a beer and a good laugh. They're more than a great company and team. They're always considered reliable friends.
