Failed to put insulation back into ceiling after removing it to replace pipes. I have a crawl space in 3/4ths of my cellar. Mr Ihrig and helper removed the insulation but never put it back. I made the mistake of paying them for the whole job before it was completed, so there was nothing I could do about getting him to "do it right". He/they, set drain pipe at an angle that is not enough to promote proper drainage, which resulted in regular clogging that I've had to deal with, which isn't a whole lot more convenient than it was with roots growing into the drain pipe before he "fixed" it. I have had no luck in getting ahold of My Ihrig since then. He seems to have changed his phone number and/or was refusing to answer when I called. I feel that he and his company are fly by night that do not follow up on complaints. After they were paid and finished their work, it's like they disappeared and they ignored my multiple voice mails. Now I'm going to have to hire a real plumber to "do it right" after being XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXed in by these guys from a phone book listing.
