Bought a fully renovated house from Michael Hoerter (owner of this company) in 2012 and aesthetically the house looked wonderful and the inspections passed with flying colors. Upon living in the house now for almost 2 years there have been SEVERAL PROBLEMS. First the 54yr old roof was painted and after a few good rains we had many leaks and spent 7,000k to have it replaced. Second- we have a toilet downstairs that gurgles every time you flush the upstairs toilet. Improper installation of tiles in kitchen laid flat on original hardwoods which caused 85% of the tile to crack. A duct taped pipe in the ground leading to to well that has recently started to leak causing saturated ground, loss of water pressure, and almost constant running of jet pump (which will need replaced soon because of over working) I WOULD NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM USE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY TYPE OF WORK. Unfortunately we bought as is and have to eat any expenses that have and I am sure will occur down the line. I am only putting this out there so the consumer looking for services does not waste the money or time on shoddy work done by this man and his company. There is no rating on this website because in my opinion you can't rate cheap, dishonest work. (And we have tried to contact him several times in these issues with a response of "sorry you bought it as is, we have no obligation to you".
