Dobransky Construction

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Chris Dobransky corrected foundation problems as a result of severely expansive soils under my house. He replaced all exterior flatwork, stabilized the entire foundation, repaired cracked drywall, and so much more, adhering closely to my engineer's specifications. Chris and every one of his many employees were hardworking, kind, cheerful, and highly knowledgeable, especially his project manager Paul, who was here nearly every day. They made it possible for me to stay in the house during repairs, even though every room needed work. They arrived promptly and cleaned up every day, and Chris was often onsite to check progress and patiently answer my many questions. He kept on schedule and on budget, and his bid was very reasonable. He is a professional, and warranties his work for 2 years. My home looks beautiful and is solid once again. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and I recommend him to everyone.

Chris Dobransky and his team are top notch, I couldn't be more happy with them and the results. They were in my basement for 5 weeks performing structural repairs, they did a phenomenal job in too many areas to list here. Chris and his entire team were respectful of us and our home. Chris always kept me up to date of how it was going and what was coming up. His workers were always positive, upbeat, professional and again, very respectful of our home and their work was of the best quality. I have worked with a lot of contractors in my day and I feel Dobransky Construction is the very best. I am not sure of this negative review I read on this website, my experience was the complete opposite. I highly recommend Dobransky for any job that you may need. I will be using his company to finish my basement and based on his quality of work, I fully expect that I will get the highest quality results.

Chris and his wife/accountant should be working at a Home Depot and not running a construction company. Chris has minor knowledge of construction. By no means an expert and doesn't do much of the work. He has either day laborers or unskilled workers doing most of the work. They work hard but certainly not skilled at their trades. I wish someone had informed my that my project would be done by this crew. I hate the job they did and will have to have almost 100% redone in order for it to be up to the standard that was promised. STAY AWAY from this guy and Dobransky Construction.

We would hire Dobransky Construction again in a heartbeat. His crew, Paul, Shane and Juan did an amazing job in our house. Their work was done in a PROFESSIONAL, CRAFTSMAN type manner. He had a crew of three guys in our house for several days. They cleaned up every day. They made it possible for us to live and do our normal household activities as if they weren’t there. I was sooooo nice to have work done that was done right and looks amazing! Thank you Cris and crew

Run!! Run away fast! even though Chris was pleasant, he work on a crawl space flooding for us and he lacked the knowledge, experience and was very messy, not cleaning up fully after the dirt he tracked all over window well, floor, and carpet. He stated other areas were dry when they were saturated so we did not feel he presented things accurately. He dumped over a 100 gallons of water in our window well because he did not have the tools that the job required. I would not use them and beware if your builder does.

Dobransky is a contractor that I would never even think about using ever again. Not even to replace a toilet. The work performed may look good cosmetically at first, however after the first 3 months if all becomes obvious that they cut corners and do not perform a quality job. I have had to bring in another contractor to repair most of what Dobransky did originally. He said I could save $$$ if I did not ull a permit. Now I know why he suggested that course of action. I learned my lesson the hard way. Learn by my mistake. Don’t hire Dobransky Construction.

BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR......... He does not break down his bids and charges enormous amounts for any add on. When asked to break down the charges, he cannot provide details and claims he has no receipts.
STAY AWAY from this guy and his wife if you like your money. They will do everything they can to take it from you.

Dobransky Construction is one of the most honest, hardworking companies I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. The owners are knowledgeable, honest and fair. Their crews are polite, fast, and hardworking. I have used them on many different projects and if I had major work at my house they would be my number one choice. The homeowners that have had Dobransky's crews completing repairs in their home always give raving reviews. Given the large scope of the repairs and the high stress nature of the work this is quite impressive. I can't say enough good things about this company.
