Horrible he was paid over 130 thousand mid way he says the money ran out he was doing my friend house as well this two years ago her job not completed and he always want the money up front i regret as my house was a mess I have kids job was stopped and I had no stove to prepare meals for my children who was in school. Purchased a hot plate he use too work two hours here leave never completed as of today I had to have another contractor finish which meant I had to purchase more supplies. Single women ok do not pay up front you give money for supplies and or purchase your own supplies do not DO N NOT PAY ALL UP FRONT punch list all over is crazy sweet talker stick to your budget and your plan when dealing with any company you know what you want I had no kitchen walls open to studs no floors no cabinets except the 4 over where cooktop was to be . If you looking for a honest contractor I definitely can recommend one Ro is very knowledgeable person which makes him dangerous I tried several times to talk to him each time blow me off 130 thousand dollars later still refuses to refund or take accountability his kids eat sleep comfortably why can’t mine after you was paid . His workers do majority of work anyways hire them .

Had my kitchen redone and went with this contractor... pricing was good and his skill was top notch ...

First let me say that i am very satisfied with the work that me Burroughs and his team did on my home they were professional and courteous through out the whole process which put my wife and I at ease during the remodeling phase we are extremely happy with our new kitchen and bathroom i would highly recommend doing it the right way remodlers.... can't wait to start my next project with this crew

Rodinia Burroughs remodeled my Master Bathroom. He was recommended by someone I know. He did a good job for them. We only wanted a new vanity top. He coerced us into getting more work done. He did a poor job by purchasing the cheapest items for our bathroom that Home Depot and Lowes sells. He overcharged us for installing these items. We had to get a plumber to fix the transposed shower faucet and the leaky vanities. He spilled tile cement in our garage and did not clean it up; he left half used tile cement bags in our garage. He left someone else's boxes from his work in our garage for 3 weeks. In addition to paying him, I purchased the accessories for my bathroom, not him. He just told me which finishes to get. These items should have been included in his charges. DO NOT LET HIM IN YOUR HOME!

This is the worse contractor you can imagine my basement was left with no trim for floor boarders wires hanging from the ceilings tile doesn’t even meet the walls if it was possible to give less than 1 Star I would scam artist he is he has no skills he went to Home Depot every morning before his workers could even start then they left at 2 pm he showed up around 11 every time he even bothered to show up mind you that was after his insistence to be paid upfront took all the paint I paid for with him. “Beware”

I hired Rodonia and his team to redo my downstairs which was effected by water damage. He was very professional and the work his team conducted, was thorough and complete. This was a trying time for me and the damage to my home was devastating to say the least. However he kept telling me, it was going to be better than ever and truly I was highly impressed with my new Kitchen, bathroom and Floors. The painting throughout my home was exceptional and I let him have full autonomy in choosing the colors. I would definitely recommend Doing It The Right Way: Rodonia Burroughs and his team.

Rodonia and his team are very unprofessional. I hired him to install and paint 10 bedroom doors and 2 sliding closet doors. First let me say that he initially came to look at and repair my floors. While he was at my home I mentioned wanting to replace my bedroom doors to which he offered his services. After paying him all his money upfront(I regret doing so but he insisted, also he was overpriced imo) he ended up doing a half a** job on all doors except the closets. Even after having him come in to re-paint, the doors are still spotty and look terrible as far as the paint. Also I can still see where the nails went in the trim. They left messes for me to have to clean. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor and fitting me in instead of treating me like the paying customer that I was. He had to come back 4-5 times(on his schedule not mine) and still I’m not satisfied. I would not recommend.

Mr. Burroughs did a beautiful remodeling job on my mothers bathroom. He is highly professional, more importantly, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with, I would definitely refer his company to anyone needing home remodeling.

Had a flood in my kitchen and the contractor came in and made my kitchen better than I ever expected... the only thing I can say is wow!!! Mr Burroughs is very good at his craft...

Had a flood and it completely destroyed my unit. The contractor came In and did an outstanding job in five weeks to restore my condo until.. I'm very happy with the materials and attention to details. Will be using Do it the right way for all my home improvement needs

While the contractor did a decent enough job in some areas, he did a "rush" job leaving out several small yet important tasks including but not limited to: painting bedroom walls and ceilings but leaving streaks and spots that he missed, forgetting to replace a doorbell that he previously dismantled (which he finally put back a couple of weeks later), repairing and painting the bathroom, and breaking an agreement to replace a ceiling fan and dining room fixture. I waited over a month to write this review, giving the contractor many opportunities to correct the problem and all I got were broken promises and several "no-shows." I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this contractor at this time.

I had him fix my kitchen and bathroom after some water damage and it looks better than it BEFORE the damage. He was extremely professional and on time. I'd refer to anyone who would love a modern upgrade.

The contractor remodeled my kitchen after I received money from my insurance company for wate My kitchen looks better than I ever thought it could. I would have never been able to pay for a new kitchen on a fixed income. My adjuster at Advocate Public Adjusters in Sicklerville is the best, she works hard and is very knowledgeable. I had no idea what an a public adjuster was, I was telling my neighbor about my pipe leak and he told me to call a public adjuster to represent me. I know I would not have received all the money I did without her. Everyone was so professional. Don't listen to mean people with their own agenda, these are nice, professional black people who really care about the people they work with.

Bathroom remoldel was done very nice and timely. Love the shower doors ... I high recommend doing it the right remoldeing where I didn't have any idea how to put my bathroom together...

The contractor remodel my bathroom, it's was very, very nice.. He was kind and kept the house clean while work was being done.. I highly recommend doing it the right remodeling.....

This contractor is the worse I would not hire him to replace a light bulb all my work was of the lowest grade imaginalble nothing was completed though he furnished a receipt saying he recieved all monies due him, this contractor left my home in an unlivable condition. He left behind lots of trash and he also put up dry wall and never replaced any of the insulation that was taken out of the walls, my home is now so cold you cannot even go in the basement or 1st floor without freezing.

The contractor provided very good service and meet all deadlines.
