$105k spent, Started in Nov 2015. Pool not complete. Problems. Subcontractor work improper. Doesn't visit jobs or verify subcontractor work. Wouldn't finish job unless I pay another $20k. Hasn't done current work up to $105k spent. Doesn't return calls or text for days. Paid him for materials but didn't purchase materials, ended up paying for them again direct to vendor direct because subs showed up to job on multiple occasions without materials. Says work will happen and it does not. Work stopped for 2-3 months at a time. Filled up the pool and then had the stone crew cut stone over/water. Subs flooded pool and yard. Did not do proper barriers stop runoff and environmental issues. Did not clean up job daily or weekly. Unearthed clay and brought in too much dirt, grading not done (you should see my yard) not sure what to do or if anything will ever grow again. Have to spend several tens of thousands of dollars to remedy pool and yard. Standing water and mud in the pool for several months which became a mosquito and mud diver haven. Subcontractors took a chunk out of concrete on the curb, not repaired. Didn't furnish business license or lien waivers when asked several times. I have pics and video to back up all claims. Finally had to terminate for breach after 10 months and now have to find company and spend money to do rework and complete it! Please beware. Facts not opinion.
