  Felipe, Rick and crew were awesome. The prep for the job of 8 buildings consisting of 58 units for Cedar Landing was the best I've seen from a company
  in a long long time. The finished paint job of the buildings is as great as
  it gets. I highly recommend Dolmens, a total thumbs up. The team is helpful,
  informative, patient and handled the painting project with respect. Marilyn M.

  Dolmens Development is an excellent Contractor performing outstanding work in South Florida. The Timbers HOA Board hired Dolmens to renovate our Clubhouse and Pool Area. The owner, Felipe, was very helpful through the entire repair project at our Timbers of Boca HOA Clubhouse. Felipe replaced the rotten wood, pressure cleaned, caulked and painted our entire Clubhouse and Pool area. His work is meticulous and the end result is a super high quality job! We highly recommend Dolmens Development!

  Roof-A-Cide on Barrel Tile roof and coating the two flat roofs

  $725

  I contacted Felipe at Dolmen's Development after researching for a Roof-A-Cide contractor and reading the excellent reviews. He contacted me straight away and came to inspect my roof and provide an estimate. Carlos did the Roof-A-Cide treatment and I also had Carlos refinish my two flat roofs with Elastomeric rood coating. Both jobs were done timely and the work was excellent. Would highly recommend this company for high quality work.

  Paint our two buildings

  Plantation Pines Condo Association was in need of a long overdue paint job. After interviewing several companies, the board agreed to hire Dolmens Development. Felipe was very hands-on during our entire process and was very patient with us since our community was having difficulty deciding on a new color. Felipe and his crew worked professionally and kept me apprised of the progress at all times. I have to mention Rick, the supervisor of our project, his knowledge and experience kept our project on task. I would highly recommend this company for your painting needs.
