Horrible Company!! We hired Pool Fection to open and close an inground pool and we had nothing but trouble. The pool guys that opened and closed the pool were VERY rude and unprofessional. One of the workers was muttering when I asked him a question. When closing the pool he was cursing very loudly and throwing tools. My cousin and his wife witnessed the entire incident. When they opened the pool they did NOT put the filter together properly and it fell apart while we were at work. Water was spraying out of the pipes ALL DAY and it could have ruined a brand new filter system. When I called about the filter problem the company seemed reluctant to come fix it. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a pool company available to close our pool in September so we hired them again. That is when the worker was cursing, muttering, and throwing tools. He left the diving board out but didn't tell me and just left. When I called the company to find out why they didn't include the removal and storage of the diving board I was told the workers "couldn't remove it". Although I WAS CHARGED AND PAID for it. AND it was POOL FECTION that installed the diving board when opening the pool in the Spring. Then I was told they would send someone to remove the diving board but no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional! I will NEVER, ever use Pool Fection again, and I would NOT recommend them AT ALL!
