Recently Domus Solutions replaced a vanity with a pedestal sink at my uncle’s Manhattan coop. We were very pleased with the entire process. This is especially noteworthy because much of the interactions with Domus had to be done remotely because I live outside NY and my uncle is based in Manhattan. Domus Solutions was very professional and efficient engaging with my uncle’s coop management to obtain the work authorization. While the work was in progress, they interacted very well with the building staff and my uncle. They have been reliable and extremely pleasant to everyone they have engaged with during the work. When one small unexpected issue was identified, Claudio, the owner, made an excellent recommendation for an attractive backsplash to finish the wall above the sink. The additional work was completed in a very timely manner. We are looking at further projects with Domus Solutions.

Followed that up an installation of laminate floor. Quick and timely. Love my floors. A year later, had Domus do my kitchen. Complete remodel. I highly recommend this company. The owner takes a personal interest in the job and the client taking into consideration your needs, likes and of course, possibilities.

Domus Solutions did a great job on the renovation work I had done in my apartment. The owner, Claudio, listened to how I wanted the apartment remodeled and it was done to my satisfaction. His workers did a great job. They were on time everyday and worked late if needed. The apartment transformation was exactly what I had asked for.
