Chaffee Construction removed the old and put new shingles on my home, porch and shed. They did an excellent job, worked fantastic as a team, were very reliable, personable, polite, respectful and professional. They went above and beyond the normal “ replacement “ and fixed trim and siding that needed attention near the roof as well. I am 100 % satisfied with their work and would recommend them with zero hesitation !

Ha he used the weather excuse with us too. Horrible to work with, completely unreliable. Does not do what he promises . Does not pull the required permits, fails inspection and then refused to come back. A complaint to state and legal remedy will proceed unless Mr. Chaffe makes good.

Became totally unreliable as of late.
Having been paid 50% of the agreed cost of work 9 month ago did not perform; more than a month ago Mr, chaffee confirmed receipt of my letter asking for reasons not doing the work (being outside work during the winter I stopped requesting to deliver the contracted work). His excuse was the weather. Now that the weather has been good, he does not show any signs of existence and does not return any more the phone calls.
Small Claim Court Complaint will follow unless Mr. Chaffee will soon show up to fulfill his contractual obligations.
