If you want to ensure your home does not burn down, DO NOT use this company. My contractor hired Lopez to wire my new construction. A year later, I am still struggling to get the wiring corrected. We found two live wires in the kitchen cabinets when we moved in. He didn't know how to wire the generator and we needed to hire a private contractor to finish Lopez's work. Ceiling fans had loose wires and would not work. The bathroom ceiling fan had the heater and fan wired together so we could never turn off the heater, even in the summer. There were multiple "trips" of the circuit breakers, inside and outside. Everything in the garage and part of the downstairs is wired together to one breaker so when one thing trips, the stove, refrigerator, garage door and all outlets go out. One GFI failed, only to find the ground wire was not attached. Floor receptacles have no power. Even a private contractor could not figure it out. We have spent hundred's of dollars trying to fix his work and it is still a disaster. And forget trying to communicate with him. He NEVER answers a message, which is a good way of saying "don't bother me, I got my money".
