Left us without water in our home for over a week after I left repeated messages begging him to call me back. He was our plumber for over a year when this happened. He didn't have the decency to just tell me he didn't want to be our plumber any more. I guess he doesn't like people who live in difficult circumstances. After never hearing from him, we went elsewhere. Roto Rooter had us back with water on in 24 hours. BTW: my wife and I are alone, both disabled, and Don knew this! THANKS A LOT, DON!
