I wanted a six foot fence built. I told Mr. Mitchell that as he was measuring the project. He sent a bid and I accepted by email. His crew showed up to build a 4 foot fence. Now he says it will cost more because his bid was for a 4 foot fence. He never gave me a business card or contact information nor was there any paperwork to sign. He does have exceptional workers and If it costs more I guess I'll pay to have the pleasure of working with them. Mr. Mitchell needs a manners and professionalism update.

Mr. Mitchell repaired the water damage, addressing all of my concerns. His crew was clean, their work was exacting, and the end product exceeded my expectations.
