I would give a zero but not an option. Do not use. Donald W. Hogue built a deck around my pool, the deck was not built to code. Within weeks decking boards started popping up and cracking. Some decking boards were never even nailed and ones that were didn't even hit joists. A lot of boards were cut to short. The deck started leaning with weeks, footings not dip enough nor proper amount of concrete. The deck has to be removed and replaced at a cost of over $21,000 the original cost was $18,000, this is not a very big decking area due to the fact it goes around a pool, the design is nothing other then regular plan deck configuration. The cost and expenses are due to the fact that it is attached to pool. They dropped and left in my brand new pool a tape measure, a crowbar and a pump in pool damaging liner and putting several holes in new pool liner. I did not know these items were in pool till months later. Donald Hogue was and still is aware of all these issues and even told me he did not build it to code but he said he could not afford to fix all the issues. I have documention of damages and pictures I will be glad to share with anyone. Just do yourself a favor and do not hire any of his Companies
