Will take your money and never do the work. Moves from state to state using various names but using the same pictures.

Hired to do work - gave a price for the total job. Once job was finished he said he had more receipts and wanted paid. Laugh out loud - this was never mentioned, in addition the receipts did not have material that related to the job. the work performed was subpar and needed to be redone with a professional company - I believe he has been sued multiple times. he has some woman who demands money and thinks she knows the legal system - they just rip people off.

Curtis was exemplary in all the early pre contract meetings and dealings prompt courteous with a listening ear. We signed a contract but wanted to wait to begin until permits and specific drawings were made. "No deposit until drawings and building permit" , which we would provide. While waiting for those elements Curtis stated he had already purchased materials and would like to be paid for the same through the 50% deposit as outlined in our contract. We queried for more information as we could not understand based on what drawings or specs he would have purchased any materials in advance with no permit nor drawings to specify the sizes lengths etc. Curtis seems like the right person ( at first) but we feel that his misrepresentations of his and his company's abilities are not as represented. Based solely on our experience we would highly recommend avoidance and do not engage. Further to our cautionary advice , verify every bit of information presented to you by this company. We wish we had received the four star experience that one of the other reviewers experienced but we certainly DID NOT. We are disappointed that there was not an option to give NO STARS. Also this is my first negative review in over two decades of internet activity. I have never felt more strongly to warn others than at this moment.

My husband and I hired Curtis of Done Right Contacting because Jeremy from BuildZoom sent his name to us and recommended him. Curtis was prompt, courteous and quick with a bid, getting the contract, everything involved in pre-construction. When it came to construction, we waited weeks to have him start. He finally began and the cement footer and floor were unlevel by three (3) inches! It was not square either which cost us several hundred dollars to correct. We fired him and have been going back and forth with him trying to get our almost $14,000 back. It's time for a lawyer. Build Zoom has been no help either, especially in the fact that Done Right was promoted by them as a good choice.

I hired Done Right Contracting to do a kitchen and bath remodel. Their work was fast, efficient and very professional. I really don't think calling them perfectionists is doing justice. I love their work. I am looking into purchasing rental property and this will be my go to company!

We are currently waiting for arbitration through the PA attorney general's office. We tried to break our contract because the footer & cement floor were not square or level which cost us hundreds extra for additional labor with block layers and Laborers. We lost confidence in Done Right to build a proper frame & roof and when we asked for customers names to see that work, we were not given any. Once the arbitration is finished we will rate both BuildZoom & Done right.
