The team showed up 2 days late and laid SOD down before they did any deck demo, so the grass was trampled on and has dead spots all over it. After 5 weeks, his team installed 3 support posts and 11 floor boards. They never returned. He had them remove all the equipment from my back yard and they left all the cut up pieces of leftover composite decking. A member of his team told me that John never ordered the materials. He was non-responsive 95% of the time. He wouldn't answer my calls or text messages unless I told him I was filing complaints, then the guys would show up for a few hours and do very little. He consistently lied to me about the schedule and eventually just stopped all communication with me. The last time I saw John Brill in person was when I handed him the deposit on 4/19/17.
