My house was inspected by a potential buyer. The inspectors report included evidence that our 2nd floor Deck showed some indication of moisture at the 2 drains at at the 4 posts, below. Done Right Roofing presented a bid of $32,000 to repair which led to our buyers counteroffer reduction by that amount. Prior to our response to the buyer, we had several roofers present bids, including the original contractor, who estimated the repair to be $2,250.
They all were astounded by Done Rights bid which nearly lost the sale of our house. We were able to come to terms with the buyer, however at $10,000 less than our original counteroffers. I advise you to stay away from Done Right...they Done Wrong by me
