Our goal is to provide our clients with an exceptional project management service and the highest quality of craftsmanship.

Our philosophy is to provide excellent customer satisfaction and deliver each project on time and within budget. That approach continues today and has earned us scores of satisfied and repeated clients who are happy to discuss their experiences about us.

Approaching each project from a fresh perspective, we offer unparalleled personalized service with solutions tailored to fit the need and expectation of each of our clients. From the design inception to the finishing touches, we will be with you every step of the way.

For more than thirty years we have developed long-lasting relationships with our team of qualified subcontractors, whose experience and expertise, along with good teamwork skills, have allowed us to offer clients strong design-build and value engineering services.

Our company holds an annual permit from OSHA, which demonstrates our continued commitment to safety and our safety program for both our subcontractors and our own employees. We send pertinent staff for updated training as needed. Our Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Engineers and Foremen hold certificates from OSHA for completion of training. It is our Superintendent’s number one priority to implement and maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards for each and every person who walks onto the jobsite. To date, our subcontractors have been on the same page and conduct themselves accordingly. Additionally, our company retains Smart Safety Group for ongoing OSHA compliance services.

DC Construction has been awarded the 'Best of Bay Area' by the Alameda Times-Star for 1999, 2000, 2001 & 2003 and by the Oakland Tribune for 1999 & 2001. We have been featured in Alameda Magazine and Oakland Magazine.
