Kasas helped create a home that reflects my personal style and worked hard to ensure every detail met my preferences.
The workmanship is exceptional. Each room reflects quality and care, from the custom cabinetry and high-end finishes to the intricate tile work and beautiful hardwood flooring. The attention to detail in the remodel has transformed my home into something I take great pride in.
As with any renovation, we encountered unforeseen challenges IE; Pandemic ,city permitting regulations , several home invasions and neighborly concerns. Kasas was always dedicated to immediately finding the best resolutions. The team was proactive in proposing alternatives and worked diligently to ensure the project's success. Their ability to pivot when necessary was a significant asset, distinguishing them from just a ‘good” team to a “great” team.
Upon completion, they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. They conducted a thorough final inspection, and I appreciated their commitment to leaving everything pristine. The site was spotless, reflecting their dedication to showcasing the house at its best.

Fernando helped me with a major home renovation in San Francisco, including building a large horizontal addition from excavation through to drywall, including all of the foundation, rough framing, rough electrical, rough plumbing, mechanical, and roofing work, totalling about 800 sqft of new space and 400 sqft remodeling. He and his team were amazing throughout the entire project, and went above and beyond to make my renovation a success. Even when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Fernando was very professional and found ways to keep the project as on schedule and within budget as possible. I highly recommend Fernando for any home improvement work that you may have -- he was amazing!

Kasas Builders was referred to me by some friends who had just finished a bathroom remodel. I had a leak in my bathroom. The extent of the leak and the damage it had caused were a complete shock, but Daniel and Fernando managed the situation expertly. They did great work. Got it done as efficiently as possible. I really appreciated their help and expert work through this process. Lucky to have found them. I would recommend them highly.

Kasas Builders worked on a second-floor, tiled patio that was not draining properly and leaked down into my garage. They did an amazing job! They finished the project on schedule and budget, and handled all the permits and inspections. The team was respectful of my home during the project and the quality of their work is excellent. I worked with Fernando directly via another company and he was the best part of my home renovation experience. I'm really happy to hear about him starting Kasas Builders Inc., I told him many times that he was capable of running his own venture!
Impression of the quality of their work: Fernando was our project manager and was a great resource for questions on timelines, processes, quality of materials, and much more. He always gave us confidence that he knew about all aspects of our project and how and when each of his crew was going to tackle the work. He consistently made sure we were happy with the work and now that I've lived in my home for over a year after a major renovation, I can confidently say that the work is of great quality. We unfortunately did have one leak about 6 months after our move but Fernando was quick to respond - he identified the cause, proposed a solution, and sent a member of his crew to fix the issue the same day. I was really thankful that he was so attentive so long after our project was complete. He stood behind his work and provided a great experience.
Meeting reasonable timelines: Fernando was very good about managing within our timeline and handling delays caused by other vendors (our cabinets, doors, and some hardware arrived behind schedule and in some cases incorrectly) which is unfortunately very common in the industry. We were first-time renovators so he was very honest and practical about how long work would take.
Overall impressions and if I would hire them in the future: I would certainly hire Fernando again in the future and highly recommend him to others!
Earlier this year completed a large-scale, high-end residential renovation with Kasas Builders totaling over a million dollars in scope. A complete gut remodel interior & exterior started in November 2024. The quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the project were exceptional—especially their tile & slab work, which really stood out. The finished spaces reflect the level of precision and care expected from a top-tier contractor.
Like most large, complex renovations, this project came with its share of challenges and unforeseen structural discoveries. Kasas worked collaboratively to problem-solve and adapt as the project evolved, often stepping in to help fill the gap where our original architect was no longer involved. Their team maintained professionalism and a strong commitment to achieving a beautiful end result.
As a client with a high attention to detail and a strong opinion in design, I appreciated how the team welcomed my input and worked with their subcontractors to realize the vision. They coordinated well with local inspectors to meet all regulations while still honoring the aesthetic direction I provided.
While the overall timeline extended beyond the initial plan, the outcome demonstrates quality workmanship. Budget adjustments were consistent with what’s typical for projects of this scale and complexity.
In the end, Kasas Builders delivered a stunning, high-quality renovation. I often get compliments from visitors & requests about materials that I selected for the project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor capable of executing high-end work with integrity and craftsmanship.
